How ordering works
Approved business customers submit their requested quantities. We confirm availability and provide a final quote before payment. Please wait for your final invoice before sending a bank wire. Shipment is released after cleared funds are confirmed.
Cancellations and returns
Orders may be canceled before payment, provided they have not shipped. Once payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted, even if the order has not yet shipped. This does not affect eligible claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us through your order conversation or by email. Keep the products, original packaging, and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, or refund. Please obtain return instructions from us before sending any items; our business address is not an authorized return destination.
For manufacturing defects or missing guaranteed contents in opened products, we can assist with the manufacturer’s claim process. Eligibility and any replacement are subject to the manufacturer’s review. Dissatisfaction with card pulls or changes in market value do not qualify for a return.
